Barbershop Sone
Overview
Scissors don’t answer phones.
A booking website for Barber Shop Šone — a barbershop in Jajinci, Belgrade, cutting since 2011. Design, build, and an online booking system that took scheduling off the phone and put it in the customer’s hands.
The Problem
A barber works with both hands. Every booking call meant stopping mid-cut or losing the customer to voicemail — and the notebook behind the counter meant double bookings, no-shows, and no overview of the week. The craft was never the problem. The scheduling was.
The Fix
A site with one job: fill the calendar. Three services — hair, beard, combo — and every path on the page ends at the same button: book. Behind the button, an Amelia booking engine with live availability, so customers pick their own slot. No call, no wait, no notebook.
The Result
The calendar filled a month ahead and stayed that way. The phone got quiet; the chair didn’t.
The entire booking, phone-free — the way it runs on the customer’s phone.
